We have provided bakeries with machines and customized industrial equipment for more than 60 years. In close cooperation with the customer we have projected, manufactured and installed compete production solutions. We can offer the client mixing systems, make-up lines, conveyor systems, final provers and tunnel ovens for different kind of products.

The new Glimek SD600 Bread divider enables a capacity of a bread line up to 4500 pcs/hr working with a line seperator feeding into two industrial longmoulder via the intermediate pocket provers.

Technical planning and layout drawings

Our industrial department in collaboration with you design new production lines as well as modify existing ones. Layout drawings and technical specifi cations are supplied with the offer. The technical department consists of engineers with long experience in the fi eld from mixing to cooling area. Their competence together with their high ambitions to secure the process contribute to our attribute ”Swedish quality”.

Industrial bread lines Bread lines for 2-3 shift operation well known for their reliability and high level of weight accuracy. Capacity up to 4500 pcs/hr.	Final Proving Swing provers with two motor operation enables independent feeding and emptying during product changes. Also Conveyor Provers in the range.
Charging System V-setting device for accurate positioning of dough pieces into swing prover. Also other types of chargers for peelboards, baking trays and similar.	Cutting Unit High speed cutting unit for variable cuts in the dough product before the oven.
Conveyor System Complete stainless steel systems with curves and straight conveyors. Focus has been placed on hygiene, easy cleaning and maintenance. Available in many different widths.	Oven The indirect gas heated tunnel oven is divided into a number of heat zones where each zone has a separate regulation of top and bottom heat. Also available as an electrical alternative.
